The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. "The owner, Gordon Cleveland, is a delight. He was very easy to work with and my German Shepherd adored him. In addition to the incredible amount of painting he did, he would also help me with moving furniture in some rooms and just about anything where I needed help. He removed some difficult wallpaper and patched lots of holes where we removed an old alarm system. He even rented a power washer for me and spent a day cleaning up my sidewalks and patios. He is incredibly flexible and worked around my hours; sometimes going to another job at night after working in my house all day. I love his old world work ethic."
