There were issues - most minor but we haven't anything to compare as this was the first-time having contractors complete basement work for us; and our home is almost 100 years old. They were flexible given unexpected issues that came about with the basement. The water proofing was done first and they did a great job. "I can not say enough about Perry Hall Remodeling. I was referred to them by my brother, who also had his basement finished a couple years ago. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. What I found most impressive was their responsiveness, professionalism, and punctuality. Even for the first consultation, Gary Sr. stated he would be at my residence at a certain time, and they were right on time, not one minute late. They took their time to tour the basement, and have us explain what we wanted to have done, while they took time out and suggested certain items along the way. They were up front with cost estimates and time frame of when it would be started since estimate start date was months away. They were punctual with the itemized estimate which was very fair and that all materials would be at cost, no hidden charges. When it came time to start, again they were here right on time, 7:30am, every single day. They provided receipts for all materials so you knew how much exactly it was costing and could keep track. They arrived on time every single day and worked very clean and swept up after they were done for the day. They were very professional and respectful to your property. Probably what impressed me the most was the communication between Gary Sr. and Gary Jr. via email/text. The communication was instant. Whether it was to check on the upcoming schedule or any issues, it was communicated and would be resolved instantly. I was able to keep track of all expenses (which is great for your budget) and they would update you along the way with any payments needed. In the end, the basement looks absolutely stunning in every way imaginable and we could not be happier. I would not hesitate to work with them again for any home improvement needs. A+!!"

"Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. "This company went above and beyond for my wife and me. We wanted a balcony with steps but we had an HOA to go through. Shaun talked to my HOA several times and even visited the HOA property management company to drop off and speak to them about my build. His two workers showed up each day even on the weekend to get the job finished in a timely manner. The 2 man crew did a phenomenal job with keeping my lawn as nice as they could and even replaced the dirt and bricks they had to dig up for the posts. "Glorem has done fantastic job in my basement. The basement was totally unfinished of around 1000sqft. I had around 11 estimates for the job. I had a wide range of prices. They were not the cheapest but they offered the most detailed plan and price list of everything in the project. Their price was also very reasonable. Eugen and his team are extremely organized, honest and dedicated to quality work. Eugen was on top of very details in the project was present during all inspections. I really appreciate the hard work. I had a kitchenette bathroom and living area in my basement."
