"We are currently happy with the basement waterproofing and remodeling that was completed! There were issues - most minor but we haven't anything to compare as this was the first-time having contractors complete basement work for us; and our home is almost 100 years old. They were flexible given unexpected issues that came about with the basement. The water proofing was done first and they did a great job. They were happy to review and resolve any remaining questions/concerns and/or issues. Jorge in the service dept. is professional, punctual and is a great representative and asset for this company."

"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

"I have nothing but good things to say about Gary Howard Sr. and Gary Howard Jr. of Perryhall Remodeling. I had storm damage that resulted in an assortment of things to be repaired. Gary Sr. and Gary Jr are truly caring professionals. Some of the work had to be subcontracted (chimney and roofing) and they hired excellent contractors. They were attentive to any concerns that we had during the process. They made sure that everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the end result of all aspects are beautiful. Hire them; you won't be sorry."

"David was extremely responsive and helpful as we navigated through the main floor remodel in our ranch home. He gave thorough estimates prior to signing any documents. It really put us at ease knowing exactly where our money was being spent - which is the main reason why we chose David. He even worked with us as we decided on demo day to completely switch things around and move an entire staircase. David and his crew were respectful of our home while we lived in the basement during the renovation. Work Performed: Adding, removing and replacing all main floor windows Complete demo and replacement of living room + kitchen ceiling Removed & replaced main staircase to give us an open floor plan New wood floors Demo + replacement of tub, New tile surround (including new window in the shower) Exterior brick work (due to movement of windows) New gutters Install of water softener system"

"Qualified Remodelers also did our kitchen remodel and repaired our main bath. Joe has innovative ideas to bring your dreams to fruition. The staff was not only respectful of my property, they went out of their way everyday for 3 weeks to minimize dust and the inconvenience that remodeling a basement can bring when your washer and dryer are there and your spare bathroom is being remodeled as a problem arises in the main bathroom. They cleaned up their workspace every night to include mopping the floors and steps so that we could use the main bathroomâ s toilet and sink each night so we did not have to go to the basement in the night. The crew works hard and fast barely taking breaks-there is a clear sign of progress each day. They communicate each day at the start and finish and they make great suggestions and ask questions if something does not jive. We liked the kitchen remodel so much we hired them to vapor seal under our sunroom, to totally remodel our basement and when the main shower started to leak, the jumped right on it-Joe gave me a diagnosis and quote on the spot . Joe is often on site and is very easy to reach. The craftsmanship is amazing. Joe had the crew a few small details that he thought could turn out even better at no cost to us. He also entertained changes to the contract without hassle or jacking the price up for his inconvenience. They were even nice to our pup. They are a great group of seasoned professionals who are very good people. We are very happy with the results and our friends and families are plotting their next projects so they can schedule with Qualified Remodeling. Quotes are fair, clearly spelled out with a payment schedule based on progress. Most wonderfully, it isnâ t done until you are happy and it is done on schedule. No surprises."

"Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. The first thing I noticed was the complete care that the team took with each phase of the remodel, and the beauty of the finished product. In the end, the finished remodel far exceeded my original vision and three years later I am still in love with my new home. I was so satisfied that I have called on Kevin several times, since the original remodel, for other projects. Last year, Kevin and his team completed a beautiful backyard porch for us, that we still ask ourselves how we did without. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Taylor Made, Kevin, and his entire team. A pleasure to work with and a well made, beautiful finish to any work you may want done in your home or build. Thank you Kevin!!"

"Jon and his team just completed my basement remodel which included digging out the foundation, installing a sump pump as well as all the work to convert it from a dark cave to a bright, beautiful home office and gym. Since the day they started Jon over communicated, made sure I understood every step and patiently answered my endless questions. He was onsite frequently to ensure things went well and made the process significantly less stressful. The end result surpassed all my expectations, I can’t recommend him and his team enough. Everyone from his office manager, to each crew member went above and beyond. Thank you all for a job well done!"

"A-1 Renovation added beautiful chair railing and shadow boxes on the first floor. Their work is excellent and it shows. Very professional and nice to work with. We would recommend them very highly."

"Gus was was very professional, always kept us updated. Was very understanding when I made changes and always offered suggestions and ideas. His work is top notch. I wanted a barn door and he actually made me one and it is gorgeous. Will hire him for all our remodeling projects."

"A&N have been wonderful! They did a great job on the bathroom remodel I needed done on a typical cramped 1950s style bathroom to make room for my mother with her walker. They were able to create so much more space and put in a beautiful walk in shower that works perfectly!"
