"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

The staff was not only respectful of my property, they went out of their way everyday for 3 weeks to minimize dust and the inconvenience that remodeling a basement can bring when your washer and dryer are there and your spare bathroom is being remodeled as a problem arises in the main bathroom. They cleaned up their workspace every night to include mopping the floors and steps so that we could use the main bathroomâ s toilet and sink each night so we did not have to go to the basement in the night. The crew works hard and fast barely taking breaks-there is a clear sign of progress each day. They communicate each day at the start and finish and they make great suggestions and ask questions if something does not jive. "Glorem has done fantastic job in my basement. The basement was totally unfinished of around 1000sqft. I had around 11 estimates for the job. I had a wide range of prices. They were not the cheapest but they offered the most detailed plan and price list of everything in the project. Their price was also very reasonable. Eugen and his team are extremely organized, honest and dedicated to quality work. Eugen was on top of very details in the project was present during all inspections.
