We worked with major construction team, the inside construction team, electricians, plumbers, painters, tile setter, and design and project managers. Each was always courteous and cleaned up the site at the end of the day. Teams showed up on time as occasionally worked late to complete a phase of the project so that the next team could start in the morning. As with any renovation of an old home problems arose. For each, options were offered for remediation or repair; after discussing with Dave and team we were all in agreement on the next steps. While these changes did increase the cost of the project we did not exceed our contingency plan. During the project there was an issue with a tile that needed to replaced and the tile team kept reworking the issue to make sure that the final product met their own high standards."
