"I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They are first class, outstanding company that did wonderful job for me. The quality of their work was excellent, and their price was excellent. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. They are a great company with lots of depth. They exceeded my expectations in every area."

"Excellent. Nicole sold me on the order; Dan and Mahadi were great installers. They did the work in a timely manner & cleaned up their mess perfectly. I adore the new bathtub & surroundings. I highly recommend this group for all your bathroom or remodeling needs as I would definitely hire them again!!"

"We needed to have our 40-year-old bathtub converted into a walk-in shower for my elderly mother and have the bathroom flooring replaced. After an exhaustive search of potential companies, I came across Mako Shower & Bath. Shawn visited us for a consultation and gave us an opportunity to explore the different design options. He was very thorough and provided all of the information we needed about how it would be installed. For accessibility, we decided to have a folding seat and two grab bars installed in the shower. Once all of the parts were delivered to Mako, the install itself took less than a day. The installers, Kevin and Riley, did a fantastic job and we are extremely pleased with the new shower and flooring. It not only looks amazing, it addresses all of the safety and accessibility issues we had with the old bathtub and floor."

"When we finally decided the first major remodel in our 1963 rancher would be the guest bathroom with wall to wall salmon colored tile, we did several months of research before selecting VKB. We appreciated their package pricing, which included several items that other contractors wanted to charge extra for – tearing down to the studs floor to ceiling rather than just patching the walls where the tile had been; a niche in the shower; waterproof membrane on the cement board; replacing the door and sill plate, adding trim, and painting. There were a few fits and starts at the beginning with the designer, but once we got to the actual start date for demolition, from then on we were talking directly to the project manager and things went great from there. Working with Polo was the best part of the project! He was very proactive in communicating with us, and took care of every issue that came up during construction. He was always available to answer our questions. Edgar, the job site manager, was also great. He consulted with us along the way to be sure what they were doing was what we wanted, discussing several changes that came up during the construction process to make sure we were happy with them. All of the team members who came in and out were respectful of our house (and the cats locked in the basement), and did good work. The part that was more challenging than we had expected it to be was the interaction with the designer. He was very personable and spent a good deal of time with us selecting the tiles, cabinet finish, and countertop, but after that we felt like we were largely on our own. Although he said several times he would send us links to select the remaining items, he did not. We ended up researching fixtures and other finishes ourselves. Fortunately we really had a good idea of our style and what we wanted it to look like, but one of the reasons we had wanted to contract the job out instead of doing it ourselves was so that we would have someone to rely on to narrow down the million choices and help us make the final decisions. The frustrations we had during the planning phase were redeemed by the positive interactions we had with the construction crew members, and the quality of the final product. We would work with VKB again, especially if we can request Polo as our project manager."

"Setting the appointment went smoothly. The Person said they'd call if an earlier slot came open and one did. I was called in the morning and offered to get the Tech, Nick< over once he was finished with an emergency in my neighborhood. Nick called and said he'd be here in about 30 minutes. Very punctual. Work performed and also asked Nick to check the sump pump. He was able to find the retainer clip and re-attached the float. Then he checked the shower pressure at the showered. Found a piece of debris and now that's working better.
Thanks Nick and John E Ruth. Highly recommend them.

"Tyler M and Shane T were on time, Efficient, and knowledgeable. They got our new shower installed in less than a day. They tore down the old bathtub area right down to the studs in the walls!! Replaced old plumbing. And then cleaned up after they were done. We are thrilled with our new walk in shower."

"I had my roof replaced. The salesperson was knowledgeable and very personable. Bridget was amazing. Communication was great throughout the entire process and I was satisfied with the results."

"Brian came to our home to do a tub to shower installation. He was very respectful and reviewed what he would be doing. The project was completed within the time frame we were told. Again, he reviewed what he had done and how to properly care for the shower. It really looks great and we are looking forward to using it. Thank you Brian and rite window team. Respectfully Leslie Greeley Brewster Ma"

"My bathroom turned out great! My bathroom needed- mold treatment, portion of drywall removed and replaced, ceiling and wall paint, section of floor tile replaced, toilet, vanity and mirror installed.
