I had planned to have my front door and shutters painted and realized only a couple of days before my scheduled job that actually my shutters were in bad shape that paint could not save. Mr Mendez worked with me to assess the situation and responded quickly to texts even over the weekend, ultimately recommending that I install new shutters that don’t require painting. Mr Mendez is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will not hesitate to use this company for future painting needs."

"We needed to replace our shower, so we decided to hire Berith Builders again. They had previously added a screened-in porch onto our house. We were so happy with the quality of their craftsmanship and their friendly and professional personality. Deane and Tony once again were amazing. For example, there were certain marble tiles that we liked that came in a mosaic package from Lowes; however, we did not like all of the patterns and colors of the marble that came in the package. Deane heard our concerns and went to three different Lowes stores to get the correct pattern and color of marble tile that we wanted. They also listened to our concerns about the opening of the shower door and how we wanted two shampoo nooks. Every time, Tony and Deane listen to our concerns and came up with solutions that worked for us. In the end, we have a shower that is well constructed and beautiful. Thank you Deane and Tony!"

" Fabulous job done by the company!  Right from the start Luis Figueroa was on time for the appointment, listened to what we had to say, made valuable suggestions and assured us we'd have a beautiful screened in porch!  We interviewed 2 other companies and chose Deck Builders because of the professionalism displayed by Luis and the price point was the best!
The crew was very professional.   Showed up rain or shine!  They worked from morning until dusk and completed the project in about 3 weeks.  If we had a question Franc would answer it or find the answer for us.  All products used are top quality and we expect our screened in porch to last forever!

"Well, my foot went through the stairs of our 33 year old deck so it was time to replace it. I fixed it once before but my wife had enough. 14X19 wood, vinyl railings and a gate. I got three quotes. Jeff was first at $14,900. The second was $14,500 and the third well know company in Harford county was a ridiculous $18,000. I was a little taken back by that. Maybe the job wasn’t fancy enough for them so they priced it high. Well, it worked. Theses quotes were all before the price spikes of mid 2021. Jeff came out with his crew and began the work. He picked the best boards and made several exchanges at 84 Lumber. I really appreciated it. It was clear from the beginning he wasn’t going to do some half *** job. We had good conversations and Jose worked his butt off. It took approximately two weeks. All told I am completely satisfied, but to be honest, anything was going to be better then what was originally there. I’m thinking about having them come back an do my siding."

"Bill Smith did a fine job replacing the lattice under a deck with white vinyl lattice, including building two gates to get to under deck storage, painting the handrails, and repairing and painting the metal handrails on the front porch. He even reattached a fallen shingle on the roof without charge. He was meticulous, professional, and courteous. Good communication via email. Will hire again."

He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted. He was very good at keeping me informed of the process."
