"I am thrilled with my black estate fence! From initial contact to final installation, Fence and Deck Connection has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond throughout the project. I started with a request for a quote in May 2022. My HOA wouldn't approve. Jake was great about working on modifications to the original proposal to comply with our HOA guidelines and provided me paperwork to include in my 2nd and 3rd appeals to the HOA. I was finally approved in March. Stephen was great on the installation: getting the permit, contacting Miss Utility and overseeing the 2 man installation crew. They were happy to accommodate our schedule around the recent sod we had laid. The installers were careful to do minimal damage to the new sod and the garden beds. When the crew left, it looked as though the fence was always part of our landscaping. I am so grateful for the communication and expertise the Fence and Deck Connection team brought to our project! Cost wise - They were not the least expensive nor the most expensive of the estimates we had gotten...but their product was a bit thicker and better warrantied. I highly recommend Fence and Deck!!"

The job site was not particularly easy to access, but the crew handled it all with aplomb. Oscar and Douglas were readily available to answer any questions we had, and volunteered many points of information as the work was in process. The individual that performed the final re-installation of the slate tiles did so by himself, and his work in particular was impeccable. Also, his cleanup of the job site once the work was completed was exceptionally well done."

"Mr. Davis arrived on time! He gave me a free estimate on roof replacement, which I thought was a resonable price. The estimate also included removal of a a small cedar tree and gutter cleaning (a plus)! On the date agreed upon, the crew arrived on time and finished the job that day, which was a great! However, the color I chose was not availabe so I had to choose a color that was two shades lighter, which I was not totally pleased with. Also the crew had to stop working to go get more shingles even though Mr. Davis insisted that were enough! Wrong! Through all this, I'm please with the outcome just wish color was a little darker!"
