We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. One rep wouldn't even go into our crawlspace to look at the failed unit, but gave us an estimate anyway. Another took a look but added many extras to his estimate. Yet another looked and was helpful, but he was not the one who would actually do the work. Scott Holotick from Reliably Accurate was the last to come out and review our situation and I knew I needed to look no further. Scott was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He gave me a clear understanding of what the problems were and a clear game plan for installing a new system. His estimate was comparable to the others, but he included things in it (like a new return duct and register) that the others didn't. Not only that, he examined our second system and was the only estimator that accurately diagnosed the situation. He sent a contract right away, was immediately responsive to questions, and confirmed our agreement each step of the way. He installed our new system himself, told me exactly what he was going to do and when, and even upgraded the system at no cost just before the install to take advantage of a new promotion. Not only that, he lugged out many buckets of trash that a plumber had left during previous work. At the end of the install, he showed me pictures of the work he had done and explained exactly how the system would perform. Working with Scott and Reliably Accurate means smart diagnostics, professional demeanor, excellent quality work, competitive pricing, and no surprises. Their name says it all. I can't recommend them heartily enough!"
