They arrived on time and went to work digging post holes for the PVC fencing so concrete would set up for the rest of the job. Cut and measured the fencing and began to install it. The two man crew ( Ebvin and Aroldo ) were the consumate pros. Careful and correct measuring to insure fit The chain link fencing was removed and new fencing installed without incident..nice and tight fit. The gates in the PVC fence waited until last.. perfect fit and balance no scraping on the ground. Clean up was thorough and complete. Entire job was finished by 4:00 pm We would hire them again, but for now our fencing .needs are complete. We will recommend them to our friends and neighbors

They are not yet done, but so far have been beyond unprofessional, and one of the employees suggested leaving a window open with an extension cord through it so he could come back whenever he wanted to finish. As this is unsafe and beyond absurd, I feel the need to post my experience so this company can be avoided. I am also filing a complaint with the Md Home Improvement Commission so they are aware a company they have licensed is suggesting putting their clients at risk of burglary, if not worse. 4/24/17 Monday Tony Forte came out to assess the work. He wanted another employee to take a look at the gate to see if it could be rehung or if a new one needed to be made. 4/26/17 Wednesday Someone came while I was at work to look at the gate. I know this because it was not put back where it was. 4/27/17 Thursday Tony called to see if I was available the next day to sign a contract. 4/28/17 Friday Signed contract for $525 total, paid a deposit of $175. Tony said Wayne would contact me within a week. 5/5/17 Friday Have not heard from Wayne. 5/6/17 Saturday Call the company. Woman took a message. 5/8/17 Monday Wayne called. He knew nothing about me or the work to be done. He came out to look at the fence. I know he was there, because I saw him as I was leaving to get someone from the airport. Since he didn’t need me to be there, I did not feel the need to stop and talk with him. 5/10/17 Wednesday I emailed the company to find out a start date and have a paper trail. No response was ever sent. 5/12/17 Friday 8:23am – Wayne calls and leaves a voicemail saying they’ll be at my house in 45 minutes to an hour. I did not hear this until I got out of the shower. 9:30 – I go outside to talk to them. The fence has been torn down, and Wayne says he needs to come back because he didn’t bring a jackhammer to remove the concrete around the broken post, nor does he have the proper saw to remove one of the posts of the fence they took down (even though 3 employees have assessed the work, they don’t show up with the equipment to do the job). He then mumbles something about how it’s good I have bars on the window, suggests I remove a screen from the back kitchen window and thread an extension cord through the window and plug it in so he can just come back whenever to finish. (Yes, potential robbers, come on in!) I refuse, and tell him that I can be at home when he comes back. He says he will be back Saturday around 9-9:30. 5/13/17 Saturday 9:48am: No Wayne or word from Wayne. I call the company. They take a message and say they’ll contact him. 11:48am: I text Wayne to find out if he will be back. 11:52am: Wayne calls, says he’s sick, has been up since 10am, but was just about to call me to tell me he wouldn’t be coming back. Says he will be here Monday morning around 9:30.

This was the worst fence job ever. The crew was fast. The foreman easy to speak with (speaks english) - but the idea of welded wire fencing completely flummoxed these people. After having to rework the job TWICE, I finally provided the materials to them (receiving no discount off the original price) and had to take time off work - several days, to supervise. They didn't even bring a fence stretcher.... so the wire could be tensioned. I had to insist they go buy a pair and do this right. They bought one... and of course the job is awful. The fence to this day is sagging, the joints are merely stapled to the posts and not at all spin or wrapped (a best practice).... its terrible. The top half of the job - the wood fence? Nice. Good work. Same with the gates. nice work. The other 2/3 of the job... the simple wire over post work? Terrible. Regretful. Awful. DO NOT hire these folks for anything other than the 3 or 6 fence types on their site and their brochure. Go find a proper agriculture fence company. I should have. I regret having these guys do this work.

Poor experience, resulting in rotten wood being put up, gates that did not close properly, and fence posts that were not evenly spaced. When we complained we were told we were difficult customers. They eventually fixed the rotten wood but the posts could not be fixed and were told it was our fault because we did not know to ask that fence posts be evenly spaced. (Silly us - we assumed they'd do it right the first time since this is their profession and we've never installed a fence before!)

We got a quote last year but decided to postpone the work. This year, we finally decided to go ahead with a new fence. (The old fence was already took down and disposed by another contractor.) Jim kindly agreed to honor the same quote from last year. He stopped by to double check that the backyard layout was still the same as last year. When it was time for the scheduled installation, Guillermo brought out his crew and finished the work in 2 days. One of the crew was actually a nephew of the owner (nice kid!), which reinforced that this is indeed a family-run company. The new fence is as expected and provides the much needed privacy in a crowded residential area. They left the backyard neat and clean. Unfortunately, they installed the fence on the days when our newly seeded and strawed backyard was still muddy. As a result, the backyard had deep footprints all over and started to retain puddles (to a point where birds were taking baths in them) and not ideal for usage. Although it is not really part of their job, Guillermo went above and beyond in taking the responsibility to come back out to fill in the holes with new dirt, for which we are really grateful! Overall, we had really positive interactions with the company for this project.

John did a wonderful job of assessing my options, scoping the project, and then scheduling it. Guillermo got the project started and the team finished the work in one day. I was there to observe, and noted that they did the work carefully and skillfully. The result is a well-built, strong and also beautiful fence. The trellis that was done is a work of carpentry, and also strong and yet aesthetically pleasing. To add to all of this, the team was friendly and professional, and a pleasure to have working at my home.

Pyle was great to deal with. Jim, who estimated the project, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installers were great at their job and left the place spotless (even cleaning up some debris that was there before they started). I frankly wouldn't use a different fence company. I highly recommend Pyle.

Gate looks better than expected. We were allowed to make last minute changes to the look of the fence with no issues and a new quote was given quickly. Installation was much quicker than anticipated as they were able to get the materials in just a few days. Pyle also quoted us almost $1,000 less than another local fencing company for the same type of gate (same materials and manufacturer too), and installation. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Pyle Fence provided excellence service and follow-up from the salesperson through the execution of the building of the fence. They were prompt in providing an estimate and very good in making suggestions on how to make our fence work better for us - recommending a few extra gates for easier access to our yard. They began the job on a Thursday, worked Friday and then due to weather, were not able to complete the job until the following Monday. However, they were sensitive to the fact we had dogs we needed to contain and they built a temporary fence for the weekend to ensure our dogs did not escape from our yard.
My only complaint is that the salesperson was insistent that we did not need a building permit for the job and, after a call to the City permit office, we found out that in fact we did. He originally offered to pull the permit for us and then was told by the company owner that he could not do that for us. We spent a morning at the permit office getting the proper permit for the fence. It was not an issue but we wanted to make sure we had one and was doing the job legally.
Overall, we had a very good experience with Pyle Fence.

This is the only fence company that was willing to move an existing fence that they did not originally install for us, that we had quote the job. We had them move one entire line of fencing which was about 55 ft. to expand our yard. They also added a few sections, wood fence with end posts. We had a double gate to begin with but when they moved the fence line, we didn't need the double gate, just a single one, so they rebuilt the two sections of double gate and turned them into two single gates and installed them on two different fence lines.
When the workers arrived, they knew exactly what to do, did it quickly and cleaned up afterward. There weren't any piles of dirt that I had to move later after they dug new holes for the posts. The first fence co. we hired a year ago left such a mess with all the leftover dirt that I had to clean it all up or it would have killed the grass in the yard. I had the first fence co. give us a quote on moving the one fence line of 55' and they were twice the price of Pyle Fence, even though they were the original installers. Plus the first fence guy told us he may not be able to move the fence after it had warped just after being installed a year ago. That was not true, as Pyle Fence moved all of it and said it was all good wood, which it was. Fence looks great, they were professionals who knew what they were doing. We have dogs so we wanted to be sure the fence line could be moved in one day or the dogs wouldn't be able to have access to the yard. They guaranteed it would be done in a day and it was, whereas other fence companies told us it would take two days to do the entire job.
We would definitely hire them again as they are the only fence company we will use from now on.

The sales person was fine, and gave me an estimate fairly quickly. However, ordering the arbor was only done after I asked several times for a link to the site for ordering it. The estimated install date was missed, which was ok except that I was trying to juggle several other projects, and would have appreciated a more realistic date plus updates.
The work was done efficiently and the quality is wonderful. The man who headed up the install was very professional and responsive. I was disappointed that the salesman did not follow-up to see how it went, since he said that was his plan.
Overall, the workmanship and installation was great. The salesmanship was disappointing.

The second time we've used Pyle for fencing in our yard, and we are very happy with our fencing. It did take longer than quoted to get the fence built (6 instead of 3 weeks ) but in fairness to Pyle, the spring is the busy seasons for them. Once they set a date to build the fence, they arrived on time. Pricing is always very good, among the lowest we got (we only solicited bids from the top-rated fencing companies on Angie's List).

We talked to two providers for our backyard fence. We decided to go with Pyle and signed a contract, and the guy told us the work would be done in 2-3 weeks. Then... nothing. I called the guy after three weeks, he said it would be some time that week. Nothing, again. Finally I called a month after the original signing, left messages, and finally heard back from the guy who said it would be Thursday or Friday. It ended up being Saturday.
The man who did the work (different from the salesperson) was very professional and did a nice job, and we are pleased with the fence. So all in all we are happy, except Pyle gets a few points off for promising a shorter turnaround time than they delivered. (If they had called *us* and told us they were behind schedule that also would have been fine. But facing delays without hearing from them was annoying.)
The only thing we wish was different about the fence itself is that our previous fence had a spring-loaded gate so that it closed automatically, and this one does not, so it stays open unless we push it shut. It didn't occur to us until after the work was done. The salesperson saw the old fence, so It seems like Pyle missed an opportunity to upsell us on a spring-loaded gate. Arguably we should have thought of it, but since they're the fencing professionals and they saw the old gate, it would have made sense for them to bring it up.

We decided to contact Pyle Fence because we saw multiple nice fences in our neighborhood with their sign. I called them and someone came out a couple of days later, helped me design a fence, and gave me and estimate on the spot. The next week when we changed our mind about what we wanted, the same person came out and helped us redesign the fence, and again gave us an estimate. We put down a deposit and a couple of weeks later the crew came and installed the fence. They worked expertly and switfly and were done with the whole project in 1 day. We've received lots of compliments on our fence!
