From the start Zeke and his crew were on time and did a through walkthrough examining the system finding issues with the design of our returns, they had no problem working with us and our insurance company during the process. They were the most competitive on pricing and were able to schedule use within two weeks since our old system died. They stayed within our budget and their estimate was right on. Their team was very through and clean removing the old system and installing the new, cleaning up every bit of mess each day. We were able to trust them with a key to our house during the install as we couldn't be home to supervise. They were all very responsive and courteous during the whole process even despite my constant calls and questions.

They fixed the ducts underneath the house that was pinched up and touching the ground. It was done at the time they said it would at a reasonable price.

Just bought a house with three 17 year-old Bryant heat pumps (3 zones). Had JC Warner handle two separate A/C repairs -- 1 st repair was a faulty expansion valve on one heat pump; 2nd repair is in process....replace air handler fan motor and circuit board on second heat pump. The repair tech on both jobs, Josh, has been outstanding. He's prompt, courteous, efficient, thorough, and technically skilled. I also appreciate that I was able to get them out to service calls in 90 degree heat with half a day's notice.

Service man, Josh, replaced a bit of freon...I called him back 3 wks later when I felt my system was not running properly. He came same day and assured me all was running well...don't know if a subsequent charge will be made for the return visit.

They did a great job as always and pointed out a potential problem in our crawl space. We have used them for many years and they do a great job. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great sense of urgency.

Three service men arrived on time, one worked in the crawl space (no basement) and two with the unit inside and outside the house. It took approx 8 hours. They left everything clean and were very efficient and pleasant.

They did not have the correct size filter and cut down a larger filter to fit. They said they would bring me the correct size, which they never did. The thermostat installed shows temperature 2 - 3 degrees different from readings on other thermometers. They also told me they would redo the inside vents so I could change the filter inside the house instead of outside, but that was never done - this was verbal and not in the contract.
