"I was recommended to McCrea in 2018 for a new furnace and a/c. From the very beginning I was impressed by their promptness, delivery of estimates and ability to accommodate my schedule. They did a great job and the system they recommended for me worked out perfectly for my home. I was so happy that I contacted them again in 2019 to replace my hot water heater. To save time I was able to send pictures of my existing unit and they were able to provide an estimate within the hour. The estimate was competitive and McCrea was at my house the next day 10 mins before start time. I highly recommend them and would call them again."

"The Red Dog technician determined that my air conditioning was not working due to the refrigerant having leaked out. He then proceeded to recharge the system without providing an estimated cost for the recharging, attempting to find the leak or advising me of his intentions. He then presented me with a bill for $960.00 for the 8lbs of refrigerant that he installed. I would not have authorized that work had I been given a cost estimate and have had knowledge of what work he was performing. The system still has the leak and needs repaired and recharged again. Also, I priced the refrigerant on Ebay for $17lb that he charged me $120lb. My basis for a complaint is that he did the temporary repair without my permission and without my knowledge of the expected cost. I would have most certainly rather put the $960 toward a new system than recharge a system that is leaking given the choice. I was totally ripped off. He just wanted to get the most money he could as quick as he could without any regard for doing the right thing. He has absolutely no integrity in my opinion. Stay away."

Small Maintenance company that is well rounded in all aspects of home remodeling. We accept all credit cards, Pay Pal, Checks and cash. We also offer 24 hour emergency service.

"SCAM ALERT!! We had Chris Morrow under contract for all the HVAC work to be done at our home which was a complete rehab. We paid him a portion at the beginning of the job once contracts were signed to begin work. At first things were okay, He came to install all the ducts. Was on time, but unprofessional by bringing along his kid (or someone else kid, I'm not sure). Then, we have him a check for $2500 to purchase both units and the rest of the material needed. That was 2 weeks ago! (july 31st) He called to say the material wasn't in yet on Tuesday July 31st. Then said it would be there the next day. So for the rest of that week, he continued to say the same thing. Then he started not answering his phone but maybe once or twice. My husband and I both have tried calling several times and have not heard from him since Friday, Aug. 12 at 7am stating he had the material and was on his way to the property. We have not see. Or heard from him. Now we are out $2500 And have no materia!! We have left multiple messages and texts. He let's the phone ring once or twice then hits the "ignore" button on his phone. I will contact anyone and everyone I can to be sure no one gets scammed by this man!!!"
