A-Plus provided the most competitive quote from 3 Angie's List highly rated vendors.
Given the small size of the job and potential weather impact, we recognized the need for flexibility with the contractor. He provided one-week tentative notice of his plan to do the work, and one-day notice to confirm doing the prep work. Prep work was completed quickly and cleanup was of high quality. Concrete placement for the driveway occurred the next day, looks great, and was well integrated into the existing slab. Due to weather and homeowner prep, the sidewalk was done the following week. Again, this was performed quickly and professionally finished. Cleanup again was well done.
No pre-payment was required; we paid in full within a week of job completion.
We note that the pebbled sidewalk color match was not exact but was close. Given that this was a 15 year old sidewalk, I think A-Plus did as well as anyone could expect to color and texture match.
A great job all around. I would certainly use them again and would recommend A-Plus Concrete to anyone planning concrete work.
