I hired Steve to install a hot water heater. He made many promises that he would install it but never showed up at the time he said he would. Very unreliable and very unprofessional.

this was a total renovation of my bathroom and Steve Smith and John Coco did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them and will use them again as I need any other work. I had to do nothing but watch, and the end result was more than I expected.

If I could give 10 STARS, I would! I needed a huge job completed in a short amount of time for a home purchase and Steve delivered. He is highly competent and a consummate professional. A true master of his trade. His employee Ray was also very courteous and helpful.

Arrived on time. Replaced failing water heater. Advised of end-of-life well tank and replaced that as well as performed a no-charge repair of other aged connections.

Steve, the owner is extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. What I liked about him mostly was that he was generous with his knowledge and advice. He was organized, onetime and efficient not to mention courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone as a great plumber.

Steve has excellent communication with customers (i.e., us). He is quick to answer questions and very responsive. He came when he said he would. He did an excellent job and his teammate cleaned the area after the work was done. The price was very competitive. I definitely recommend Blue Water Plumbing and would use them again.

I felt like the person who came, Steve, really cared that the problem I had was fixed. It was not just a business transaction but a transaction that was done because he wanted to help me and do business with me. I researched three other companies and chose this company and I am glad that I did. I did not know at the time who I would be Getting or what the service would be like but I was so pleased and I would recommend this plumbing service over any other plumbing service in this area.

Very efficient and knowledgeable . Solved a problem of getting enough hot water for my walk- in- tub without me having to buy a larger capacity electric water heater. Came in a timely manner and provided a free estimate. Very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend Steve and use again..

He came out when scheduled and checked the sewer pump. He then checked on various pumps and recommended one of the lowest priced units which he installed without any problem.

Great experience! Steve knew our system, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and we had a full repair within a couple of days. What made this special was the fact we had been quoted a vastly more expensive repair by another company. Steve fixed it! :-)

Steve attempted a more economical solution to the problem. It didn’t work and he had to take a more costly solution, but I appreciated the effort. Totally professional and highly recommended.

I posted this on my HOA's bb & I meant every word of it. Topic: Good plumber! (Posted on Dec 10, 2018 3:41 pm): I tried installing new faucets and drains on my master bathroom's two sinks. I got the faucet sets in place but found that I couldn't reconnect either sink's drain. Steve came in and verified the mounting on each sink. He re-plummed each sink, and replaced each sink's trap. The workman was professional and I felt comfortable with him in the house. The job was completed promptly.

Called before he came to say he was coming. He was very quick and knowledgeable. I told him that when my water heater goes up I have his card and I will be calling him. He did a very good job.
