He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"It was great finding Washington Home Doctor Inc. Our water heater started to leak. We found them on Angi.com. The next day the company installed a new energy efficient water heater. However, the 50-gallon water heater that I purchased would not fit in the space so the technician had to wait hours for a new one to be brought to my home. He was very courteous and professional. He came in and tested the water, he educated us on where our water quality is now (not great) and even tested our bottled water we got from the store (which was also not great). John came by our house in days with the system and had it hooked up the same morning. He was very nice, punctual, respectful and knowledgeable with what he is doing.
