And when I say immediately, I mean 11:30 PM.  We had hoped to see him in the next day or so, but he came that evening. We were more than appreciative.  The job required him to come back the next morning to complete, and he was here less than 10 hours later. We were without water for less than a day thanks to Doug.  I cant begin to tell you how professional he is, he took the time to explain why this occurred, what would prevent it in the future, and what to expect going forward.  With Doug, everything is above board, and there are no hidden costs.

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"People don’t plan to have their water pipe burst. Seeing as it was -10 degrees today it’s no surprise ours did, despite every effort to make sure the water in the pipes were moving. I was at a doctors appt and walked in to water bursting out of the kitchen ceiling in buckets! My mother was looking where to turn off the main water with no success. When I got to it, water had been fishing for over 30 minutes! Oh, did I mention this occurred around noon today, which happens to be a Friday? My insurance said to see if I could get a plumber here today to expose the burst, take a pic to prove it’s due to a frozen pipe, then fix it. Of course I went straight to Angie’s List and saw this company was the highest rated near me and had great reviews. I called and spoke to the owner, Robert, and explained our situation. He was excellent! Knowing mine wasn’t the only pipe that burst, during this weather, I had no idea what their availability was. In spite of many similar issues, he made sure his guys could come over this afternoon. He was concerned about me having to wait for a water mitigation crew to come out and said he could take care of that too. Unfortunately, we’d already booked one with our insurance, who are coming out tomorrow. The guys came and they were WONDERFUL!!!! They went right to work, cutting open the drywall surrounding the bursted pipe. Took pictures for me so I could send it to my insurance company and fixed it in no time. They were perfect gentlemen. It didn’t take long to see how kind, down to earth, professional and mindful of my concerns. Ya know how uncomfortable it can be not knowing who is coming in your home. I felt so comfortable with them. Wound up joking around with them as though I’d known them for years. The two guys who came were Ivan Perez and E’Nedino Diaz. Not only did they fix the reason for which they came, they even fixed a few issues we had in our upstairs bathroom. They did so professionally and efficiently. I would have no hesitation recommending them to others. To me they were angels with their wings and halo’s hidden. ?"

However, the 50-gallon water heater that I purchased would not fit in the space so the technician had to wait hours for a new one to be brought to my home. He was very courteous and professional. He apologized several times for the delay. A short time after the new water heater arrived, he had everything up and running. "I was nervous to check on water systems for our house and am happy I found Purfect Water Solutions. After checking through Angie's list I got an immediate response and scheduled a time to meet with Scott. He came in and tested the water, he educated us on where our water quality is now (not great) and even tested our bottled water we got from the store (which was also not great). Great financing program if you worried about $ and referral program. W/ what we pay for water this was a no brainer. John came by our house in days with the system and had it hooked up the same morning. He was very nice, punctual, respectful and knowledgeable with what he is doing. I don't usually write reviews... but we want safe water for our kids and family and Scott & John did such a great job I want to write a good review and share our experience.
