Had an appointment, someone was supposed to call after 12:00 pm to give me a window when they would show up. Sat around the house all day no one bothers ever call me or showed up, water and entire day. If you ask me that is about as unprofessional as it gets.

A week before Christmas the pipe under my kitchen sink rupturedð ±! I went to Home Advisor and Chris reached out to me immediately! He was wonderful about keeping me apprised of his arrival time, came when he said he would and he and his son, Holland, fixed the problem in 15 minutes! My 4 year old grandson mentioned to Chris as they were leaving that our bathroom sink was clogged. Gotta love 4 year olds!ð … I told Chris that Iâ d planned to call after the holidays about that. Next thing I know heâ s grabbed tools and quickly fixed that too! His price was unbelievably good! He was so kind, extremely efficient, did a wonderful job and was very patient with a â helpfulâ 4 year old! Mr. Hillâ s contact information is in my phone permanently and I will absolutely use him from now on!! THANK YOU Chris and Holland for doing such a great job and going above and beyond fixing the bathroom sink!!

Chris explained what would happen and how to service the tankless water heater with a filtration unit attached. He jumped on the job quickly and completed it on time. I would highly recommend hiring him for replacing your water heater or any other plumbing issues you have.

Chris had to deal with a parts shortage for repair of our hot water heater and so it took longer than anticipated to get it repaired. But this was not his fault, and he is clearly an excellent plumber.

This company was the second one that gave me an estimate. He came in $1000.00 cheaper than the other company. The other company stated that they could not get a water heater to fit my space and they were going to have to reroute gas lines. Chris spent the whole morning tracking down a heater that would work and was able to find one. He came right away and got the job done quickly and was super nice. I sat in the garage while he installed it and we talked about everything from turkeys to grandchildren! I while heartily recommended this man and his company. He is very fair in his prices, refuses to over charge you, and is a super nice guy to boot. You won’t go wrong!

Our hot water heater went out. They came out that evening, assessed the heater and replaced it that night finishing at 1045pm. We don't know if they are the least expensive but they came when we needed them. That means a lot.
