"Five Stars. Background: we hired ARMS Home Improvement to completely remodel two bathrooms: Master and Hall (remove tub and create walk-in shower). Required plumbing, electrical, paint, framework, waterproofing, flooring, and problem-solving for issues that arose in both. Allen worked diligently and patiently with us to provide the bathrooms we designed and envisioned. Provided us with vendors. Worked with us on scheduling. Left the workspaces clean and tidy EVERY day. Gave us options on many decisions for component placement and honored our choices and explained why it would or wouldn't work. Allen respected our community surroundings (parking, trash, etc.) and integrated the work seamlessly into our daily lives. We felt the price paid for the scope of work delivered was of great value. We recommend ARMS Home Improvement very highly for virtually any home improvement project you want to do."

"Best Homes LLC just finished our basement and we could not be happier! The quality of work is outstanding and the team was always on time, happy to be here and great at communicating. Jefry is a great project manager and always takes your input regarding placement of different aspects and fixtures. It was a lot of fun working through picking out different tiles, flooring, cabinets, colors, etc to make the space how we envisioned it. We even got to choose the placement of extra outlets and things to make the space fit for our use. The price was very reasonable, especially after being quoted nearly double from another contractor. "Jeff is my go-to guy now for any remodeling project. He completed a 1400 sq ft basement complete with a full bath. My favorite thing about working with Jeff was he truly listened to our goals and preferences. Any time steps in the projects did not meet our goals, he would communicate with us to make adjustments. This ensured that our basement was absolutely perfect when it was completed. Jeff was very aggressively good when it came to his pricing to ensure it was fair for both parties. He also allowed us to adjust pricing to buy our own materials that matched our design preferences."

"Mr. Reyes was extremely helpful and informative for my project. The only responsive contractor able to do actual plaster lath work and repairs. His crew did a superb job repairing living room ceiling which had a large hole (created by a plumbing repair contractor) and resulting cracks. The repair matched well, barely detectable by someone actually trying to find the repair area. Work was completed, no dirt, debris, or dust to anything in the living room and work residue cleaned up quickly and removed from the residence upon completion in less than a day. Pleasant, helpful and easy to work with. Will strongly consider them for next project."

"I interviewed serveral contractors for the bathroom remodel at a rental house I own in Pennsylvania in September of 2024. Being from out of state, I was worried it would be hard to find someone reliable. I got a great vibe from Expro Renovators LLC, when they came out to survey the job. They gave me the best bid for the lowest price, and delivered a beautiful bathroom on time and on budget. And MUCH cheaper and nicer than those companies that advertise one day installation, with sub par materials. When we did run into some unexpected problems, the company worked with me to find a solution that I was happy with and within my budget. This may sound like a commercial, but I'm a real person and a satisfied customer, (which in my experience is not that common with contractors these days). If you have doubts, I've told the folks at Expro Renovators they may selectively give out my contact information to prospective customers. Would I use them again? Well, I have a kitchen that needs a makeover as soon as I have the money, and they'll be getting my business."
