    The Mosaic team did everything from demolition to a complete rebuild that included: roof replacement, framed the complete 1st floor and basement, bricked the front facade, installed all new windows and doors, secured all floors, moved and built custom stairs in new location, replaced all electrical, plumbing, HVAC and insulation, put up drywall in entire house, painted and trimmed entire house, installed new floors and custom tile and countertop work for bathrooms and kitchen, and reconstructed a custom front porch. They also worked with me on changes to initial designs. Mosaic also obtained all required permits, inspections and approvals. The quality and attention to detail are aspects that I also sincerely appreciate. I plan to use them as my team on future projects

    The contractor was very professional and did an excellent job. I only had some old paint, so he went and got a new can of paint at the local home improvement store. My appointment was delayed a few days due to circumstances beyond their control, and they worked with me to reschedule the work on a day that would work for me. I would definitely hire them again

    Mr. Martinez arrived about 15mins early and immediately went to work. He and his colleague were both conscious of Covid precautions without being prompted , which I very much appreciated. The quality of the work they did was in my opinion very high and very professional. The quote I received from Mr. Martinez was reasonable and commensurate with the scale of the project. The work was finished within the time frame he originally stated and the cleanup left nothing behind.     We got 4 quotes for re-doing our entire exterior stucco walls and found E.M. Texture here on Angi and based on their reviews and price we decided to go with them. They were not the least or most expensive but right in the middle. Eliazar came out and walked through the process with me a few weeks before the job began, and I felt like I was in very good hands. On work day 1 a big crew came out and got to work and never slowed down. It was about an 8 day job with some downtime due to rain, but they came back as soon as it was dry enough to finish. The walls look spectacular! We are a very unique white stucco townhome community on the lake in Columbia and could not be happier with the way it turned out. Several neighbors have already contact E.M. to take on their work as well. Glenda in the office is nice and responsive and very professional.
