"Arms Home Improvement exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Allen was involved at every stage of our kitchen remodel, helping us refine our ideas and enhance the space's function and safety. He was incredibly responsive, explaining every detail carefully, and respected our schedules as we work full-time from home. Allen was on-site consistently, maintaining an orderly workspace, which made the process smooth and predictable. His craftsmanship is top-notch, and his ability to turn our vision into reality was impressive. As with any remodel, there were some unexpected challenges, but Allen quickly adapted and provided thoughtful, high-quality solutions that reassured us of his expertise. We trusted his product recommendations, and they were always spot-on. The quality of materials and the precision of his installation speak to his deep experience and attention to detail. I can’t recommend Arms Home Improvement enough – the results are outstanding, and we couldn’t be more thrilled."

"We just completed a large kitchen and lower level remodel. We are so thankful for Conrad homes. Each person we dealt with from this company were respectful, honest, and experts in their fields-their work was exceptional. No regrets hiring this company and would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!"

"I would absolutely recommend Best Homes LLC. Jonathan and Jeffrey did an excellent job on my basement remodel. I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. I have never seen a group of people work in such a coordinated, efficient, and diligent manner. His separate teams for plumbing, electricity, carpentry, flooring, and cabinet and appliance installation were extremely punctual, professional, and dedicated, sometimes working well into the evening. They never missed a schedule. The quality of their work was supreme. All county inspections passed. Jonathan also went above and beyond to accommodate my change orders along the way, and turned out very nicely. Above all, their pricing was very reasonable and more competitive than most quotes I got. I want to say thank you to Jonathan and the team and wish Best Homes LLC continued success!!!"

"Basement in bathroom in basement turned out great very professional work. Would highly recommend them. Leak in the wall has been fixed they are in the process of fixing dry wall and replacing carpet and painting. Turning out great. Edram Construction are very knowledgable and great to work with. Would highly recommend them."

"We recently had our kitchen remodeled by PI Kitchen and Bath in Frederick and had a really positive experience. Our old kitchen felt dated and we wanted something brighter, more functional, and with better storage. The team helped us rethink the layout, choose cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and fixtures without making the whole process feel overwhelming. Communication throughout the project was very good. There were a lot of decisions to make, but we always knew what was happening and what the next step would be. The workmanship and attention to detail really showed in the finished kitchen. It feels like a completely different space now, and we?re very happy with how everything came together."

"Jonathan and his team did an amazing job with our basement remodel. Attention to detail was impeccable. When we went to walk through we couldnâ t find anything that they missed. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner and we love our new living space!!"

"They had wonderful customer service and they were very personable. They completed everything in a timely fashion and made sure to get my input throughout the drywall install and finishing. I needed one of the basement walls waterproofed before they could finish installing the drywall and they were very accommodating. I am very happy with my finished basement."

"Expro did a fantastic job on our basement. The basement was already finished, but we needed some electrical, plumbing and drywall work done for an aquarium room and new closet. The team was efficient, timely and very professional. I highly recommend Expro for your next job!"

"Wow! Not sure how to say it more...just wow! Edwin, Leo, and the Pena team are amazing. They painted the exterior and interior of my home. Took about 2-weeks which isn't bad for such a big job. They were pleasant, experienced, and went over and beyond my expectations. On the exterior of my home, they found rotten wood behind my chimney (which I never would have seen) and replaced the wood immediately. In the interior of my home, they moved heavy furniture to paint behind. Absolutely amazing! I chose wisely with Pena Brothers. I would hire them again without hesitation. I highly recommend Pena Brothers Construction. Thank you Edwin and team for a job well done. Extremely pleased with the outcome."
