"Milton Roofing Arrived on time, climbed the roof, found the area where the shingles where wind blown off, explained what had to be done, quoted me a reasonable price so i told him to fix it. It was late in the day so I assumed the work would be completed the following day. No he said it may rain, New shingles (matching !!!!) were installed, everything cleaned up. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. "From the start, Alex Frey made me comfortable by explaining the roofing replacement process and the materials used for the replacement. The work was done on time as scheduled, and the crew performed an excellent job. Photos are used to show the old roof and the work being done, which I keep for the record. The 'no leak' lifetime warranty applies to labor and materials. In addition, the GAF lifetime manufacturer's limited warranty applies to material defects. These warranties are transferable. The cost is a little over my budget, but with the materials used, the quality of work, and the lifetime warranties, I think it's worth it."
