"From the start, Alex Frey made me comfortable by explaining the roofing replacement process and the materials used for the replacement. The work was done on time as scheduled, and the crew performed an excellent job. Photos are used to show the old roof and the work being done, which I keep for the record. The 'no leak' lifetime warranty applies to labor and materials. In addition, the GAF lifetime manufacturer's limited warranty applies to material defects. These warranties are transferable. The cost is a little over my budget, but with the materials used, the quality of work, and the lifetime warranties, I think it's worth it."
