Walter (owner) was in the difficult position of coming in and finishing up a remodel begun by another contractor who could not continue. Linares did a wonderful job and provided exceptional value. Walter was great at seeing how an original plan was maybe not the best way to go and proposing a more workable alternative. He is an excellent, dedicated craftsman. His wife, Wilma, was also on site everyday helping with details. There were many unexpected turn in this complicated job but Walter and Wilma held steady, remained flexible, overcame all obstacles, and created a beautiful, warm home space."

Even took the time to have the door supplier get another door after finding damage on the original door they had out. They worked hard and replaced all of the rotted wood with new.
