He protected all of our furniture and flooring as needed. He cleaned up when he finished. He called before coming on the days scheduled, and if he was going to be a bit late, he called to let me know when he would arrive He and his helpers were polite and helpful. We definitely chose the right person for the job, and will call him again if we should ever have another chimney problem or when we need our chimney cleaned."

"One person spent the entire time on the second visit trying to hang the gutter in the rain.  Since this repair was done in the winter, I did not check it out until the Spring.  The gutter was not on the house.  I had to hire someone else off of Angie's list to fix this problem.  All of the closet doors, and the towel rack failed.  All of the closet doors were off their hinge within 3 months of the repair.  I have a big hole in the wall where they tried to hang the towel rack. The rack fell down when it was touched.  I was never able to hang a towel on it.  I hesitated to write a review, because they were very nice people, but the quality of their work isn't worth any deal they offer.
