"The service was A+! The technician was timely and had everything he needed to do the job. He assessed the best way to mount the TV. He made a new cable outlet and electric outlet behind where the TV was to be mounted. He was fast and very efficient. He handled my TV with care and mounted it correctly the first time! The cables and wires are all hidden and it looks great! I had just had my condo renovated and all the cables were not hooked up properly yet. I had an appointment scheduled with the cable company to do that, but the technician took a quick look at it and hooked up my cable! The furnace crew took  2 full days and the insulation crew took 3 full days.

These are 2 emails I sent to the company:

1/.  Just wanted to convey to you that my wife and I were deeply impressed by the 2 crews that were assigned to our upgrades. The furnace crew; Brian, Todd, and Tony had the additional task of disassembling a old heater into pieces small enough to get it out through an interior stairwell. They did an excellent job and left the job site spotless. The insulation crew; Todd, Doug, and Jeremy were presented with many challenges in attempting to meet the contract specifications and always came up with innovative ideas to overcome 19th century construction techniques. These craftsmen also did an excellent job and left the job site spotless. My wife commented that they always seemed to be working and never took a break. It was a pleasure having them all work on our house.

2/.  In the last two days I had 4 inspectors for the permits come out and we passed all the final inspections.  The Fire, Plumbing, and Electrical Inspectors for the furnace all were impressed with the installation. They particularly liked the manner in which Brian hung and braced the intake and exhaust pipes. They all said the install was neat, clean, tight, well laid out.  The Building Inspector was impressed with neat and tidy job done by the Todd and the insulation crew.  Please thank them for an excellent job.
