"Everything was well done & it was not expensive.  As far as then they came out, they came when they said they would come.  They came when I wanted them to come.  We cannot say exactly, but it was an agreed upon date.  They came when we wanted them to come & they were punctual.  Everything was exceptional.  They were completely professional, very punctual, they kept their word and it was a good price.  Everything worked out for us.  I would recommend them.  The only lesson my husband mentions is that you need to know ahead of time what you want.  They will do exactly what was agreed upon and nothing else.  They do only that particular service.  They don't do anything else which is why they were inexpensive."

"The providers arrived exactly on time.  The providers introduced themselves.  The providers were very friendly and professional.  The providers asked questions to determine my needs.  The providers had a positive attitude and wanted to serve.  The providers unassembled furniture, moved the furniture from one floor to another, and reassembled the furniture.  The providers placed the furniture in the exact places as instructed.  The providers were patient as I made up my mind on where to place certain furniture.  The providers made sure I was completely satisfied with their services before signing off on the job.

"I think I did use Metropolitan Chimney Masonry Services Inc. They didn't replace the chimney cap. I would rate them average. I wouldn't give them a star review because I had to go back on my roof and put my chimney cap up. They got the main job done but they didn't finish it. I would rate them a 'B' because they didn't put the chimney cap on the chimney. I would say that the price of 78 dollars was fine. The quality was okay, it was clean. If you want to say that it was a real quality job then you should finish the job as well, this is what I would say."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Soda-blasting systems are slightly more expensive than sandblasting systems. To soda blast, you’ll need to spend a few hundred dollars for a blast hose and nozzle, a compressed air supply, a blast generator, a moisture decontamination system, and sodium bicarbonate media, a recurring cost because the powder is not reusable. To start with sandblasting, you will need to spend upwards of $30 for a blast pot, a blast gun, an air compressor, and sandblasting media, many of which are recyclable—further reducing the cost. The total cost for either will depend on the size of the system.

Most projects take 1-3 days, depending on the surface area and complexity.

Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.

Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.

The disadvantages of sandblasting are noise, mess, and risk. Sandblasters are louder than chainsaws and spread debris on the ground and through the air. Let your neighbors know that you're sandblasting so they can prepare. Sandblasting can damage your property if not done properly, so thoroughly vet any pros you talk to before hiring.
