Overall it was a horrible experience. My mother is selling her home and was looking for a company to help get her there. Mike Baker and his company were recommended. Our initial walk through went well, we were excited and thought we selected a company that would get us through...we were wrong. The work started, we were still living in the home During but were assured it was no problem. Our home (inside and outside) was treated as a construction site (trash left throughout our home, cigarette butts outside, paint wash off poured in our front yard (killed grass). On several occasions workers that were sent to our home early in the morning came smelling of Marijuana. Spoke with Mike Baker in reference to the unprofessional workers along with the fact we have children (which he has seen numerous times) that he would send workers under the influence to our home on multiple occasions. Once the work was some what completed we did a walk through to address things that were incomplete or needed to be fixed. There were several things poorly done (looked rushed or sloppy). Somethings were fixed and Mike made excuses about the home being older for others. (At this point we were over it). We were told that things we spoke of at the walk through were not on the proposal. (I take responsibility because I should have ensured that things were written out VERY SPECIFICALLY) The proposal was written in a some what general manner (he did that well and got us there) . Then, the things that could not be completed (hanging bathroom cabinets and light fixtures) he took off $100 but then added over $260 for (2) ball joints fixed on closet doors and kitchen cabinet hardware (2 cabinet doors). I'm not sure if this is his company standard or the fact that we are women as the reason for such a horrible experience. I will NEVER use him again and have already told co-workers not to waste their money. As I am purchasing another home...I'll find another company. BE AWARE

Our area is accustomed to very slow response from businesses that provide home improvement services. Baker Home Solutions was QUICK. Not only did they respond within 24 hours, but they came out to measure and provided a quote all within a 48 time period. The team they sent to do the work was very friendly and very efficient. We are very pleased with their rapid response and workmanship and would not hesitate to contact them again.

All went well. Gentlemen were on time, got right to work and finished in under 2 hours. They walked me around the property to make sure i was satisfied with the work done. The price i thought was spot on in relation to the work completed. Will hire again for future projects.

Great!! They showed up with a professional trailer of power washing equipment and two professionals that power washed the entire house in about an hour. They did a great job!!

My house was filthy and needed cleaning plus it is stucco so I need someone that knows what they are doing. Mike Baker of J&M Power Washing was that person. I had got estimates that was twice what Mike charged me and he did a excellent job. My house look better than when it was new. Plus he did me a favor I needed my shutters taken down and he did that for a cheap price. So you what to know if I will use him again. The answer is yes he was the utmost professional.

Showed up on time, did a great job. Very professional. House looks much better - siding no longer has green growing on it, soffit and fascia look white again.

My split-level is covered with white vinyl siding. Over time the siding gets discolored with dirt and green algae/moss. Add to this various bug droppings, nests and dried bug cadavers stuck to the walls and tucked in corners and crevices. J & M sent their very professional crew who arrived at the promised/appointed hour and set about quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly completing their work. My house was restored to its original white sheen when the siding was first installed. I would use J&M again and I highly recommend this company to others.

No show for the quote appointment. Why can't I seem to find someone that will show up!? Can't really rate for services done just wanted to share that he didn't show up or call to reschedule. During a work week it does disrupt my schedule when I block off a time for someone to come.

They did a very nice job power washing the only recommendation I would have is some of the bird droppings was not removed from the siding because the cleaner they used didn’t work on it they should figure out how to fix that.

Great job. Great price. Main concern-needs to be a bit more careful with customers plants around the house. Was not on time, but office was understanding and provided a discount for inconvenience.

The service was excellent. They showed up on time and performed the work in a professionsl manner. The house needed a cleaning of the vinyl siding. The siding now looks like new.

Overall they did a great job, but we did notice a few places on the back of the house that could have been cleaned better. However, we would use them again.

Mike introduced himself upon arrival & was very polite & respectful. He only took an hour to clean my 3 story home with dormers & very high pitch roof. . His equipment was very quiet! He just left and the difference in my house is night and day. I wish I had taken before & after pictures. It was covered in green & brown algae and looked horrible. Now the siding & doors are shiny & clean. Very reasonable price. Less than I paid someone else 2 hrs ago. I could not be happier & definitely will recommend J & M to all my friends and family.

Mike did a great job! Will definitely recommend him to my neighbors. Front porch looks like new again. And the siding is much brighter. I may hire him again later to do the extended sidewalk in front of my house. SUper easy to communicate and I didn't have to take off work to be here for the service.

They arrived ahead of schedule, completed washing the whole house in under an hour. They were able to make the house look good again and remove the green crud growing on the side the sun doesn't shine. It smelled like a chlorinated pool, which was nice and they did the porch area.

Team of two arrived right on time and worked efficiently. Removed all furniture from the porches before starting then replaced furniture when job complete. Everything is sparkling clean! We are very happy with J&M!

They did an outstanding job! The gentlemen were punctual and very professional. I cannot believe how they were able to clean it so, in such a short period of time. They brought it bring back to its original state, incredible! The house is brand spanking new again.

Guys we're excellent. They showed up on time. House looks wonderful and all at a great price!

It was awesome. I couldn't get over how clean they were able get things. I thought that it would be just slightly better than my hose and they got everything spotless.
