The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. "Wonderful! Cornelio was great to work with. He and his team were very professional and I feel like I was given their time and attention. Cornelio was always very responsive and helpful in decisions that we had to make. We moved out for the renovation and were out of town for part of it and he often sent me pictures in the evenings so I could see the progress. We have lived in our home for 7.5 years so we had a good feeling for what we needed. We hired an architect and a designer separately and that was helpful as we went in prepared with what we wanted done. Cornelio and his team took out a wall and a half bathroom and removed most of the plaster (we live in a 1930's row house in Washington, DC). He also built us a new half bathroom and rebuilt walls and doors that needed to be done. When he took out the plaster and such he found old pipes and wires that needed replacing and took care of it. He didn't ask for more money it was included in the work. One thing that really impressed me is we decided to keep our old cabinets and have them painted (by a separate company). When his guys took them off the wall they were damaged (not because of the guys negligence, they had been cement glued to the walls instead of screwed into the walls as they should have been. Cornelio made sure they were repaired and installed in a much better and safer way and you can't tell at all! We love our new kitchen and half bathroom so much! It makes our house much more comfortable and usable for our family!"

"The overall experience was exceptional. Luis meet with my wife and I and did a walk thru of the property and provided us with an estimate within an hour of the walk-thru. I already had heard excellent things about his company from numerous co-workers who had FDC paint their home. "The overall price came out to be a bit higher than expected, but the crew got the work done in a timely manner. The drywall and paint work was of reasonable quality - some of the drywall was not as smooth as I would like and there are areas where the paint line at the ceiling is not straight (there is blue paint from the walls on the white ceiling), but the overall finished product looks fine."

"Excellent skill and service! I had Bill Polyzos come to the house for an estimate. He gave me a guaranteed price which was reasonable-- actually a bargain. His brother Lambros brought their team the next week, and quickly went to work transforming the entire interior of the house. They stripped the wallpaper, painted every surface which had originally been painted, fixed small wall problems, and made it look Brand New. And, as luck would have it, and unusual warm period in February occurred. They were able to squeeze in the exterior painting of the whole house except for the brick during those two warm days. Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.
