They were paid to complete repairs to property that they were managing but it required them being taken to court to get the work started. The first damage report was an exterior soffit that had collapse and was reported in December. This repair remained unattended during the coldest winter in southern Maryland until just 2 weeks ago. Additional damage was reported in March after a Nor'easter. Septic system backed up into the house, tree fell down on fence, shingles flew off roof. They received the money for the repairs at the beginning of April but did not get most of the repairs complete until the beginning of this month but still have issues with the septic system.
