"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"This company was by far the best of 3 estimates I got to install an extra 9" of cellulous fiber blown in attic insulation to achieve R-30 level. This was not a big attic area about 500 sq fee in a town home. I scheduled appointment,estimator was very professional answered my questions and explained options and installation process. "Everything went great.  The guy who came out and accessed the damage was great!  They called in advanced, showed up on time, and he even got the door working before we signed contract to replace the panel.  He was all about customer service, and ABC should consider him a gem.  The service tech who replaced the panel was also great.  He also called before arriving, came promptly during scheduled time, and fixed the panel in a Jiffy. 
Overall, ABC did a fantastic job.
I thought we paid a bit more than I expected, but it's probably because the limited service dealers for our particular type of garage door...(one panel in a 4 panel door cost about 1/2 the price of a whole new similar looking garage door from Home Depot)
Lastly, only one criticism:  The rubber seal that surrounds the frame of the door on the garage had been torn after the accident, and the repair tech didn't address the torn seal.  The repair tech who replaced the panel suggested that I go to Home Depot and replace the seal myself.  Didn't seem like a holistic approach to garage door repair...just focused on the new panel.  With that said, would definitely use them again.

He was at my house for an hour and fifteen minutes, and I had a quote in my hands.I had read the various reviews of their company before hand, and I knew what I was interested in, what I was not, and he didn't push me. I told him that I wasn't interested, so he said it was okay. He came a couple minutes early."
