We were very fortunate to be notified that the project could be completed a week earlier than originally scheduled. On the day of installation, six technicians with three box trucks, showed up at 8:15 AM, as promised. The foreman checked all the details of the job with me before any work began. We clarified two small items in the contract and the crews then began working. All of the technicians; Curt S, John M, Mike J, Mike D, Kaden S, and Jeff K, were professional, friendly, courteous and focused on completing the job. They prepared the work area with tarps and heavy duty cardboard as necessary to avoid any damage and worked diligently and quietly throughout the day. Any questions that came up during the install were quickly brought to my attention by Curt and taken care of on the spot. By 2:15 PM, Curt and I were performing a walk thru inspection of the day's work and verifying that everything had been done according to the contract and that all the keys and hardware worked as advertised. Curt then took the time to review the warranty and to ensure me that I could contact WSH with even the slightest concern. Although we thought the pricing was somewhat high, we were very pleased overall with the project. "Trent was kind, professional, HONEST and respectful. I reached out and he messaged within the hour. After brief conversation on the phone he was able to fit me in for a free water testing and system inspection that same day. I mentioned a 3 stage water system upgrade and after the water test we found our water system was working well. He provided suggestions as alternative approaches to itchy skin we experienced. After we did our own research we agreed to have him install a UVC light with an additional filter for good measure. We called and he inspected on Tuesday and he was there with the install on Sunday that same week! Amazing. Talked us through the tests and results and provided us with informational pamphlets as well as transparency about his product vendor. Once the job was complete he tested the system and taught us about it and maintenance procedures. He was kind & patient. The pipe work install was well done and beautiful. He minded the space and existing plumbing."

It is a small bathroom and we took out the tub and installed a walk in shower with Corian walls, floor and custom Corian sink and tiled the floor, installed a wall with glass panel instead of glass doors, with a rain shower fixture.
