They positioned the drain pipes to drain in a a part of the backyard that would not be seen (unlike another company that wanted to put a 6 foot pipe sticking out in the front yard). After we spent a ton of money remediation the resulting mold, we had to figure out how to prevent more groundwater from making it's way inside. Instead Jay called me within 30 minutes and took the time to answer my questions. We really appreciated it and it made me sure that we made the right choice. Since the repair, we've had a few storms and everything has held up. The next big test will be when we power wash the house, but with Best Buy's phenomenal warranty, I am not worried. Finally, the crew that did the work were great. They cleaned up when they were done and Hamilton (Hammy) made sure to run through things with us. He was also very sweet to my elderly mother."

"The inspector, Chad Bishop, was very knowledgeable of his company's products and only recommended what was needed to fix our problem which is/was a very high humidity crawlspace. He spent several hours inspecting our house to properly analyze what our house needed to solve the issue. He showed us many of the pictures of the crawlspace to explain the situation. Fortunately for us we are addressing the issue before any wood rot or mold has begun...and Chad did not recommend fixes and/or equipment that we didn't need, like sump pumps and French drains, which are very costly."

"Good people to work with, professional in every way. Normally when we received 2" of rain water would start entering the basement. When we receive 3" the basement floor would be covered. Two days after installing their system our area received 8.5" of rain and our basement remained dry, not a drop got in the house. These guys know what they are doing."

"Had viking plumbing put in a new faucet and snake out my septic line out to the street in order to ensure we don't have a partial block that may be causing some slow drains in the basement. The faucet was to replace one that was not functioning properly. The technician arrived promptly was very thorough and did a great job. I have his number for future jobs. As an update i had him come back the following week to replace an older out side faucet shutoff valve in the basement and more importantly the water shutoff for the home. Good thing we did becaise he showed me where it was leaking and could have been a big problem on the future. Cost was abou $400 for this service."
