I quickly shut off the water to avoid further damage. After many calls to various plumbers telling me they can Maybe get to me by Monday, which would leave my family with No Water for almost a week, Dave the Plumber came to my rescue. Not only did they get here within a couple of hours but the Technician Billy was Absolutely Amazing. He was able to quickly repair the problem and the price was great. After brief conversation on the phone he was able to fit me in for a free water testing and system inspection that same day. I mentioned a 3 stage water system upgrade and after the water test we found our water system was working well. He provided suggestions as alternative approaches to itchy skin we experienced. After we did our own research we agreed to have him install a UVC light with an additional filter for good measure. We called and he inspected on Tuesday and he was there with the install on Sunday that same week! Amazing. Talked us through the tests and results and provided us with informational pamphlets as well as transparency about his product vendor. Once the job was complete he tested the system and taught us about it and maintenance procedures. He was kind & patient. The pipe work install was well done and beautiful. He minded the space and existing plumbing."

I also watched Mike do a meticulous job in shrink-tubing the connections, wrapping it all in electrical tape, and inspecting the entire length of electrical conductor TWICE. What Mike did NOT do was try to sell me an entire GrundFos system when all I needed was the pump. Yes, I had a past plumber contractor try to load up my bill unnecessarily.
