Raymond Rosario, Sheik Ali, and Louis and the crew did an excellent job, hassle Free and a smooth experience. My roof had storm damage. They were polite and professional, not pushy and did not try to force you into anything. They informed me of the entire process. Had bad wood panels replaced and replaced shingles with premium roof tiles. It cost me 20 grand, but in this case, you get what you pay for, and my property value went up. Definitely a satisfied customer.

If Erick Castro, and the ExteriorMax team, tells you he can partner with you and your homeownerâ s insurance to replace your roof, believe him! Iâ d had a roof replacement on my long-term home project list for a long time. Itâ s just one of those projects that is hard to justify if you canâ t see it and itâ s not leaking! A recent storm resulted in a few shingles missing and Erick and team proactively reached out to let me know how they could help, based on the age and availability of similar materials. What seemed too good to be true resulted in one of the best home improvement projects Iâ ve experienced. In addition to the way Erick activated the process of assessing our needs, he helped run point as our advocate throughout claim process. The extended ExteriorMax team exceeded my expectations in communication, organization, cost estimates, timelines, and quality of work. They truly function as a cohesive team who support each other and the customer. If only more companies and teams operated at this level of execution on delivery and service to their customers.

STAY AWAY FROM ANY COMPANY CLAIMING TO DO YOUR ROOF THROUGH INSURANCE, EXTERIORMAX SCAMS YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY DAMAGED MY ROOF AND TOLD ME IM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF DAMAGE THEY DID. ONLY HALF THE DAMAGE GOT FIXED AND I NO LONGER HAVE A WARRANTY BECAUSE OF IT. THEY ARE MOST DEFINITELY SCAMMERS AND I AM NOW FILING CHARGES AGAINST THEM... BUYER BEWARE.... Update Adam is now calling me and harassing me and threatening me, telling me i need to remove reviliews that i posted based off my experience and experience to be true, being threatened to remove them is violating my 1st amendment right

"This customer changed his 5-star positive review after failing to pay off his balance and the account was sent to collections. At no time did he ever mention any issues with the work. When we removed the old roofing, we found rotten plywood (which is common) and he did not want to pay to replace rotten plywood on his roof. We actually replaced a few anyway because we could not finish the roofing job otherwise -- and we did not charge for it. We have photos of all stages of the work, including his original 5-star review. We work with all customers to get insurance coverage, but it is still the customer's responsibility to pay if the insurance refuses to pay. We are proud of our exceptionally good reviews and will continue to offer top-notch services to our customers."

My experience with ExteriorMax was unexpectedly pleasant. I'm not one to sign on with a door-to-door salesman, and I'm too skeptical to write a review saying any project is perfection, but my house was built in 1910, and the roof hadn't been serviced in this century. So when Chidi Ezeonyebuchi came to the porch, his manner was engaging without being pushy, and the offer to negotiate with my insurance company with no strings attached was a combination that appealed to me. He inspected the roof himself, took photos for the insurance company, and they sent a representative who gave me a satisfying assessment of the roof's condition. Later, Mr. Ezeonyebuchi presented product samples, explained the process and convincingly sold me on the advantages of his company. The final price was considerably less than I expected it to be. Materials were delivered a couple weeks later, and a crew amazingly completed the job in a single day, which included replacement of two large sections of plywood that had seen better days. Allow me a small disclaimer: Five Stars doesn't necessarily mean absolute perfection...I would have liked to have had a supervisor on the premises to answer questions and concerns of a nervous skeptic like myself. And I won't be absolutely certain of flawlessness until after my new roof weathers a few years of climate-change assaults, but I was extremely pleased with the results. I have no problem calling it a Five Star performance. Even my neighbors are impressed; as one woman put it, "They did a wonderful job on your roof! That's one of the nicest jobs I've seen in a good while. It looks great," she said, punctuating her comment with a thumbs-up emoji.

ExteriorMax was fantastic, living up to their claim of a full roof replacement at no expense to me (beyond the deductible on my insurance policy)! They used the highest quality materials and did not overlook fine details in the construction. My insurance company put up such a resistance to my claim that it never would have possible on my own. The team of ExteriorMax staff included negotiators and a public adjustor. Justin M was so personable, knowledgeable, and responsive from start to finish, guiding me through the entire process and providing clear answers to my every question. Adam S pulled off a feat that was nothing short of magical when it came time to schedule the job. The construction team was timely and professional. In summary, ExteriorMax recognized the need, valued me as a person, and performed quality work. This company is a gem in a crowded industry and I'm so glad I decided to work with them.

+Exterior max was the only company that worked with me, my, insurance co, and my very, very difficult reverse mortgage co to get the job done. I needed the help with everything, Logan Murphy Project Consultant was the Best company rep I have worked with in my professional career started in 1965, yes I am old now and he was just what I needed at 77. Adam Shaikh and the office staff were really kind and patient with me. T actual roof replacement was done and cleaned up in one day. Every workman was thorough and efficient.
