He came in and tested the water, he educated us on where our water quality is now (not great) and even tested our bottled water we got from the store (which was also not great). Great financing program if you worried about $ and referral program. W/ what we pay for water this was a no brainer. John came by our house in days with the system and had it hooked up the same morning. He was very nice, punctual, respectful and knowledgeable with what he is doing.
