"Mahati came to our house to redo our shower, put down flooring, install a new toilet and set a vanity. He was punctual every day and the first day he set up coverings on our floor. Every day he cleaned up all his tools and materials. Mahati’s work is excellent and asked us if he needed to know how we wanted something to look. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and will recommend this company to anyone looking to have their bathroom remodeled. We are giving Renken Remodeling a well deserved 5 star rating."

"We recently had our kitchen remodeled by PI Kitchen and Bath in Frederick and had a really positive experience. Our old kitchen felt dated and we wanted something brighter, more functional, and with better storage. The team helped us rethink the layout, choose cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and fixtures without making the whole process feel overwhelming. Communication throughout the project was very good. There were a lot of decisions to make, but we always knew what was happening and what the next step would be. The workmanship and attention to detail really showed in the finished kitchen. It feels like a completely different space now, and we?re very happy with how everything came together."

It is a small bathroom and we took out the tub and installed a walk in shower with Corian walls, floor and custom Corian sink and tiled the floor, installed a wall with glass panel instead of glass doors, with a rain shower fixture. It is beautiful and were extremely pleased with the workmanship from Keedysville Construction. We would hire them again. Robbie is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. "I interviewed serveral contractors for the bathroom remodel at a rental house I own in Pennsylvania in September of 2024. Being from out of state, I was worried it would be hard to find someone reliable. I got a great vibe from Expro Renovators LLC, when they came out to survey the job. They gave me the best bid for the lowest price, and delivered a beautiful bathroom on time and on budget. And MUCH cheaper and nicer than those companies that advertise one day installation, with sub par materials. When we did run into some unexpected problems, the company worked with me to find a solution that I was happy with and within my budget. This may sound like a commercial, but I'm a real person and a satisfied customer, (which in my experience is not that common with contractors these days). If you have doubts, I've told the folks at Expro Renovators they may selectively give out my contact information to prospective customers. Would I use them again? Well, I have a kitchen that needs a makeover as soon as I have the money, and they'll be getting my business."
