"I had a few preliminary discussions with David over the phone to go over the plan. The Antenna install was a given but as we talked, they provided quite a few other services I was looking into. He was very comprehensive and thorough along with had a very good turnaround for install scheduling.
As we talked, I decided to see if we can swing the ethernet run and wall mount on the same day as the antenna install. We agreed to do what we could given the time and give it a shot.
The techs arrived on-time within the window provided and as he surveyed he decided a 3rd tech would work well to get more done which turned out to be true.
The work spanned from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM and throughout the process provided updates and accepted input/questions.
They were all very detail oriented and did everything they could to do a clean and well designed install and took great care to ensure everything met the requirements I had set.
As for the antenna, it's on the roof and we're getting over 60 channels in HD with great signal in multiple rooms of the house. Couldn't be happier. The TV mount (over fireplace) turned out perfect, and the ethernet is great.

It fits perfectly above the mantle, and pulls down easily, allowing you to watch TV at eye-level instead of having to crane your neck! I did a lot of research and ended up going with T.E.A.M. Audio & Video out of Manassas. They sent 2 strong guys to do the job (Ralph and Kevin), and completed the entire installation in 1.5 hours. The men were very respectful; wore masks and booties on their feet, and cleaned up their mess once they were finished. They were even able to successfully install my Samsung Sound Bar despite some of the hardware missing from the box!! T.E.A.M. is a licensed vendor for Mantle Mount, which takes more skill to install than a standard, fixed wall mount device. It was obvious these guys knew what they were doing; they were quick, efficient, and made no mistakes. Ralph and Kevin also took their time to explain to me how to properly and safely use the Mantle Mount, and made sure that the TV and sound bar were working before they left. Scheduling with Christina via text was easy, and extremely quick. Following the visit, I received my electronic invoice within minutes.
