Great same day installation and follow-up tech support. Patrick worked with me over the phone to troubleshoot a reception issue. The issue was not with the install but with a piece of hardware we were using to distribute the OTA signal wirelessly. Even though Patrick knew it wasn't an antenna issue he took the time to walk through a diagnosis with me.

It went very well. The work was done the next day after my call. Patrick was very friendly and informative on the phone. Ray, the installer was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He also helped me figure out how to navigate my tv's with the new antenna. "Cutting the cord" was made easy by these guys! And the price was right!

They didn’t connect a ground wire to new antenna which is required for outdoor tv antenna. I called them about the problem they said I needed appointment, and they would call me to schedule another appointment received none yet. Internet repairs services not safe for me.

We were very pleased with the work done and Ray’s persistence in making sure all related issues were addressed. A part had to be ordered and we expect it will be installed promptly when available. In the meantime we have tv use in full!

no call no show for the first appointment- waited all day, called and texted. no response later was 2 hours late0 said 9-11, showed at 2. could have called and told me they are running late but did not- finally installed antenna. i found out later they disconnected internet cable to use cable for tv. i have no internet service. called back and complained. another person came added a splitter to cable. left did NOT solve problem text messages and call not responded.
