"I was very satisfied with the service provided by Luz and her helper. When they arrived, I showed them around the apartment and mentioned a few specific things. They were thorough and pleasant, and to my amazement, they moved all the contents of the frig and freezer so that EVERY surface was spotless: including shelves, door shelves, and under the drawers. Then, without my even thinking to ask, Luz washed the inside and outside of the balcony sliding door, which needed it badly. There was one glitch: When the company's owner, Maria, called to confirm the appointment the night before, neither of us thought to confirm the address, with the result that the two ladies first appeared at a Vienna address (I live in Reston!) Maria called to say they were at my door, and when they weren't, we cleared up the confusion, and they appeared within a half hour. It was only now, when I was belatedly reviewing a previous cleaning service, that I noticed that my address on that review site was the totally wrong Vienna one. But whenever that company had cleaned my condo in the past, they came to my correct address in Reston. I reported the address error to Angie's immediately by phone on the day of the Best Cleaners service, and the person I talked to had no idea how this glitch happened."
