Isabela Cleaning

I sold my 3-story townhouse and was in need of cleaning services once the movers packed and emptied the house. Isabela and her team did a great deal with my move out service. The house was spic and span clean and smelled really good. Isabela communicated well with me throughout the process of setting and appointment date and time, and arriving as expected. She completed all of the expected work on time and was a pleasure to work with.

Isabella and Crew were very thorough and quick. They arrived with a team of three and worked their way through the house very quickly. I particularly like that their cleaning solutions do not leave a film on surfaces.

Isabella and her team were absolutely wonderful! We called in last-minute after our normal service provider canceled and she was at our house literally 30 minutes later. She left the place looking brand new and she's so very sweet! We are very much looking forward to working with her again. :)

Isabella and her team are punctual and do a thorough service. Whenever I have special requests, they usually accommodate.

Fantastic! We needed to help fast and they were really affordable. They came a few minutes early, and did all the bathrooms and kitchen really well. It was really such a relief that they just took care of everything top to bottom, including getting the dust and grime from the baseboards and cabinets. We have tried cleaning services before and weren't impressed, but her team definitely knows what they are doing, and at the end, she goes around to double-check everything was done right before they head out. Would definitely recommend! Such a relief.

Isabella and her crew of three other ladies arrived ahead of time. Services were performed. We did notice a couple of areas for improvement after the staff left. Specifically, there was some kind of black residue on the bathtub and floor corners were not cleaned adequately. For the monthly price quoted, I would hire them again. If hired again, I would call the problem areas to Isabella's attention & conduct a more thorough review prior to her departure so that everything can be resolved immediately..

This is the first cleaning service that I would feel comfortable giving them the key and coming back later. They did everything but leave chocolates on the pillow.

They are not thorough enough. When I tried to point out missed spots, they just upped and left. Extremely unprofessional.

I was satisfied with the service. They were not able to get to everything I had on my list, but overall they did a great job with the cleaning. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Work was fine. Not great but good.

They were prompt to make an appointment, provided a reminder call the day before, and arrived on time. The cleaning service was good; no complaints.

I got basic cleaning and even some areas were not cleaned. I was expecting more detailed cleaning than I had a chance to do but the cleaning crew did more than I would do in my basic cleaning. I had to wipe down walls in my bathroom, they cleaned some window sills but not all. They did not clean the sliding door track.
