"They drilled a new hole for a cold water faucet in my existing countertop. They showed up early and were patient while I got the worksite ready for them because I wasn't quite ready. When there was an issue with the placement of where I wanted the hole, they re-did all their measurements to make sure the hole is precisely placed. They used to shop back to minimize the amount of dust. They were very careful about not scratching the existing faucet while they worked. They entire job took 30 minutes and looked great. I Would hire them again."

He walk me through a process that worked. He thenanswered a number of follow-up questions Based on the layout of my house which he remembered from a visit to years ago! I asked him to be sure to send me a bill. He said no! I then called the office back to thank them, and ask them to send me a bill. They also said no! I cannot recommend this firm highly enough."
