Elohim went to work on it. It took him about a week to complete the bathroom installation. I use the place as a guest room to this day. Last summer my room was leaking. Elohim and his crew replaced the old shingles and cleaned everything up. It took them a day to do it. Last fall one of my tenants in Hanover,MD passed away. They lived in the townhouse for 15 years.
