"Pleasant father and son team, with son taking the lead. They quoted a price to come out and assess, but did not charge for doing so, although we had call them the day of the appointment to remind them of the appointment. They made sure to mention in the initial phone call that they buy and sell houses as well. They came out and once we mentioned that we were soon selling our house, they were more concerned with telling us what repairs needed to be done in the entire house, than with focusing on the repair they were requested to assess. The estimate was for $1500-$8000, depending on if we just wanted the repair of the shower leak or the entire bathroom redone. There was an access panel, which they saw and pointed out at the visit, that could have been an option to use for the repair, but instead their estimate was for the route of repairing through the tiling in the bathroom. We went with a different plumber and got the shower repaired done for under $100."

As the renovations continued, Mike did a variety of jobs for us including painting, plumbing and woodworking, Mike is extremely easy to work with, flexible, and a terrific problem-solver. Our dad's home is about 35 years old and presented us with a variety of unique challenges. Mike was our savior, offering solutions. and going way above and beyond what we asked of him many times. Don't let his company name fool you - Mike knows a great deal about many aspects of home repair and renovation. He is flexible and great with timelines. Since my sisters and I do not live in the area, Mike became our eyes and ears at our dad's house as a variety of repair people arrived to do their work. He is trustworthy, kind, and reasonably priced. I hope you can see from this review that we cannot recommend Mike Lipiner highly enough!"

The rep came in and finished the work the same day, had covered the area to protect from dust, and cleaned up after himself once the job was done. Results look fantastic, we had a cracked kitchen countertop and work they did is amazing, you can't tell there was any type of damage to it. Flawless work, good price and fast service. Thank you! They were very helpful and answered all my questions which made me feel a lot safer about the situation. I hired them and they took care of the work the very next day! "This company was amazing. They were so professional and the work that was done was fantastic. The office admin staff was very good at keeping me informed and communicating with me throughout the entire process. As for the workers themselves they were very polite and took great pains to make sure that they did the job to the best of their ability. I had never cleaned the grout between my tile floors for 20 years, so they did not have an easy job. But when they were finished, I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend them and you will be glad you did. I sure was!"

"We had 2 separate jobs. One carpet and the other tile in 2 small areas. The carpet crew were very good. The tile installation ended up well when the work was finished by 2 capable and professional women. The 1st crew that came out on Friday to do the work walkeded around on our new carpet with their shoes uncovered and sprawled on the floor while waiting for a call from the office. (Not professional in a residence). The color name of the tile was changed according to installation manager but did not appear to be the color I chose. The 2 person crew left for the day. Spoke to John from warehouse to pick another color. On Monday one person came out to finish but he said he needed another person to help after doing some old tile removal and filling in. (We had expected 2 workers like before) It was not until Wednesday that Lucy and her coworker came and finished the work. It was done in a professional manner with booties worn over shoes/ and or shoes removed upon entering and re-entering home. The salesman did not call back to verify that everything worked out, although we spoke to resolution person, installation manager and another manager from warehouse. (John was very helpful) but I'm not sure if it was him or Donte who only sent 1 worker to finish job the 2nd time, which was not a good decision. All in all it worked out albeit some frustration with lack of delegation from Resolution Dept and Warehouse."

"I hired this company. They sent me a very professional sales person who spent time with us to show us what they could do to replace just the two leaded glass panels in our solid wood front =door. We were very pleased with the salesman and he gave us lots of information, answered all our questions. We will be visited by the project manager next week to take measurements and then they manufacture the panels and will install them when they are completed."
