We are very pleased with the service performed.  We have a three-story townhouse and the height alone is intimidating.  When I purchased the deal, I kind of anticipated some additional expense because of that.  We had some shingles and a section of fascia blown off by the wind.  The shingles were covered in the deal but the fascia was an additional expense, but I had also expected that it would be.  We  had a little problem with scheduling but that was through no fault of the provider.  I requested them to contact us via phone rather than email because my mother does not have email and I do not check my personal email every day.  After a  couple days of phone tag, contact was made and the job scheduled.  The workers arrived as scheduled and quickly completed the job.  They were very polite and professional. 

We have been in our townhouse 10 years and this is the second time we've had to replace some roof shingles.  We were concerned that we might have to replace the entire roof but they did an inspection and did not find any other loose shingles and said that our roof should be OK for approximately five more years.  We were happy with their evaluation.  They could have very easily told us that we needed to do the whole roof but because of their honesty in not trying to pressure us into buying more than we needed to correct the immediate problem, we will definitely consider using this company for that roofing job when we are ready for it.

LF clogs so while the gutters are protected, the rainwater spills off of the cover onto the ground below. My high roof has had GH for 20 years, no problem. My low roof had LF for 16 years but no more. The removal/installation went smoothly w/ a friendly, competent crew."

"Zach and crew are fantastic. While not the least expensive of the proposals we got, they had by far the best proposal (the most extensive) and we were just plain comfortable with Zach. He is extremely customer-focused and said repeatedly that he is all about making sure that his customers are 100% happy. And we are, two years after the work was done. (Sorry Zach for taking so long to post this!) His crew replaced all of our gutters after we had our entire roof replaced. They also put metal covers on all exterior wood trim, so we never have to worry about that again. They also did a few other smaller things, all really, really well. 100% would recommend, very highly!"

The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. The crew arrived on time on the repair day, completed the task, and reviewed it with me before leaving. They provided excellent communication and service throughout the whole process.
