"Tasked with Pressure Washing of House, Walkway/Driveway, Deck and Shed - for small rambler home. Inquired via phone on Thursday, discussed details on site on Friday, and cleaned home the following Tuesday (5 days from inquiry to completed project!). The window trim and soffits in particular, look good as new - and the house looks fresh/crisp. Luis uses a lower pressure sprayer with soap solution first, followed by spraying rinse. With over 16 years experience, he carefully cleaned caulking areas, screens and an expensive front door - with no problems whatsoever. What sets Martinez & Son apart from others, is that work is done by the technician who performs the pre-bid walk thru at the project site. You don't get a quote from a salesman, only to farm out the actual work to another team on the day of the project completion. You can rest assured that specific details of your home pointed out during your pre-bid walk thru will be noted, since your speaking to the person who will do the work! Luis was extremely professional, punctual and thoroughly cleaned up the site when completed. "We needed a new walkway (or patio) to connect our front porch to the garage (to replace the original quartz stone, board, & flagstone design), a new front porch (since the boards were rotting), and we needed the EverGrain Composite Decking of our back deck power-washed and stained. Deckmaster was the only contractor who could do all three jobs, and the finished product on all three was great, and they gave us a great price. They redid the stairs on the back deck and gave us an extra step on the front porch, both of which we really like. Deckmaster was patient while we got our homeowner's association to approve the design, and they were very responsive and reasonable every step of the way. I'd definitely hire them again and highly recommend."
