I originally contacted MJM restorations to power wash my home after being cited by the homeowners association. Mike (the owner) did such a great job, I immediately hired him to do my deck and patio! His thoroughness , attention to detail and professionalism was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend him! .

MJM did an excellent job at repairing my deck and fence, and also power washed the house siding. The deck looks like new.

Our deck was showing its age, but we weren't ready to fully replace it. Mike did a great job refinishing it. He also replaced a badly warped top rail on all three sides of the deck, as well as the old lattice surround that had largely rotted and fallen away. Very fair and honest - we would definitely hire again.

Mike was great to work with! Very responsive and the communication from beginning to end was as professional as it could be. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and what the next step was going to be. He was on time and cleaned up everyday he was on the job. The work itself we were very happy with. Mike and his team did a fantastic job restoring our wood deck. There were multiple layers of paint of the deck which required a lot of work to remove. Mike communicated frequently on the progress of the work, including when an additional piece of equipment and extra labor hours would be required to finish the job properly. Mike and his team showed up on time and finished on schedule. He also answered many of my questions about the sealant and how to properly care for the wood deck in the future. We have had Mike do many deck construction, repair, ceiling, and pressure washing projects for us. He is simply the best! His work is excellent, he is extremely creative in dealing with problems that come up, and is extremely reliable.
