Nick and his team just completed the work requested on our deck. They were all very timely, professional, courteous and outstanding deck specialists. We are very pleased with the work and their attention to the details, to get the job done right! I would hire them again in a second. I would give them 6 stars if I could!!

My wife and I worked with the owner (Nick) for the past 2 weeks (Sept 2021) and he does excellent work and provides great customer service. His customer service is a throwback to the old days where contractors actually care and listen to their customers with positive attitudes. You don't see that often these days as its frequently my way or the highway but Nick is an exception I asked a lot of questions as he cleaned and stained my deck and not only did he not get offended that i asked the questions, he encouraged me too. If your looking to get any power washing services and/or deck staining you don't need to look any further. We will definitely use Brookeville Pressure Cleaning and Deck Restoration in the future.

Nick and his crew did a great job on my deck and fence. They were able to replace rotten boards and made the deck look great. I have reccomend them to others and they were pleased with the outcome.

Had one side of my house grow a large amount of algae that was cited by HOA. I’d didn’t bother me but the work needed to be done. Brookeville Pressure Cleaning was able to work with me and just take care of the one side for a very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Very pleased -- will absolutely do business again when it comes time to repeat the process. Entire process was very simple and forthright. Nick (owner/CEO) was very responsive to my initial phone call and was able to come out for an estimate the same day. He explained the process (washing/drying/staining) in depth with how they handle each process, what materials are used, and a timetable for completion (weather-dependent, in my case). Nick got me an estimate that night with costs for each process and each area they'd be working on (2 decks, 1 fence - washing, sanding, staining each). Costs for materials and labor were broken out so I could see where everything was going. Once the quote was approved the timetable was stuck to and the project came in even sooner than I hoped -- right on time for a party I was having. Nick was in constant contact with me and all my questions were answered quickly and clearly.

Nick was so responsive and professional and answered any questions I had quickly. We are very happy with the work he and his crew did. They were able to get the job done quickly. I only gave a B in punctuality because they fell behind and completed work later than originally planned, however there had been a lot of rain the week before which put them behind. Became the second owner of a home built in the 50's. Original owner clearly never cared about the exterior look of the home. I knew this was not something I wanted to tackle myself. Heard through a friend about Brookeville Pressure Cleaning. Friend said they relatively new within the past five years. The owner drove out, did an inspection of the exterior. Gave me a quote which was fair when comparing to others. The job was done fast with no issues, always nice when workers DO NOT ask you for tools. I foresee myself using them again once I finish my deck and wooden fence.

Nick was fair with his price, arrived on time with his guys, and by the end of the day my deck was ready for BBQ weather. Everyone looked professional and was very polite.

I am very pleased with the results. The deck was old. Several rotten boards needed replaced and there was an area of stubborn mold. Nick and his crew cleaned the deck. When they were finished it looked like new wood! He replaced the damaged boards. The stain I selected came out lighter than I wanted. Nick offered to come back out and re-stain it at no labor cost to me. I am very happy with the way it turned out. Nick did whatever it took to make sure I was satisfied in the end. I highly recommend him!

Wasn't told upfront thaty all of previous stain would still be there so painting over it doesn't look that great. Paint already chipping in spots. Deck has also starred oozing sap which it had not done previously so now some areas the paint is bubbling.
