To begin, Bill stopped by to perform the in-home consultation and provided recommendations on how he could bring my vision to life with indoor/outdoor security cameras. Brandon did an outstanding job with the installation of all of my Google Nest cameras, assisting with camera placement for the best viewing angle, seamlessly fishing the power cables through the walls, and adding a classy touch by installing brush pass-through wall plates. Brandon managed smaller details such as the cable management for the outdoor camera above my garage flawlessly as it was presented in a clean and neat manner. Both Bill and Brandon treated my home as if it were their own and I will definitely seek to work with them again in the future. Candidly, I had another in-home consultation conducted by one of the big box retailers to help with this project prior to looking to Home Advisor, but I was so disappointed with that experience that I'm glad that I was paired up with NexImage Inc. "No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"We would not hesitate to recommend this company based on our positive experience from the start of this project to its end. The owner, Ralph, is highly responsive (promptly answering texts and emails and providing a copious amount of relevant information) and exceedingly informed about the equipment he suggests. We trusted him immediately upon our first meeting, relying on his expertise to provide us with the system that would best meet our needs. I was grateful to feel comfortable allowing him to choose the appropriate components for us as it saved me hours of research time. He emailed a very detailed, reasonable and impressive proposal, without any pressure to upgrade beyond what would work in our space. Due to a delay in the receipt of some components, our scheduled installation date had to be moved. Ralph was extremely accommodating, fitting us into his already busy schedule so that our lives would not be unduly interrupted. He and Kevin (a very nice compliment to the team) spent most of one day installing the new system, insuring that all was functioning. Ralph remained at our home into early evening to review the operation of our new remote which operated all of our components. He was unfailingly patient and checked to make sure that we were completely comfortable with the system. In this day and age, it is not always guaranteed that one will have a positive experience with a business. Ralph creates that positive experience with his winning personality and obvious regard for his customers and their satisfaction."

"Great company to deal with. Totally customer focused. My wife was not comfortable with me installing our security system myself, so internet based alarm companies were a no go. I contacted our existing company, Vector, Vivant, ADT & 1st Security. I met with all of the reps. Jeremy from 1st Security came to our home right away to conduct a detailed security assessment. He listened to our needs and our concerns with our existing landline based security system (through Vector), and he designed an effective yet practical and affordable set up for our home. Their prices cannot be beat- trust me I did my homework. Larry came to install the new security system and he was also great to deal with. Knowledgeable and patient- he took his time to explain how the system worked and gave us his cell # in case we had any issues. Kudos to 1st Security USA! Great folks doing business the way it should be done- honest and professional. I will be spreading the word"
