"Pretty well. I spoke with Jose for a quote and he came out the same day. Although the price was much higher than I had planned, Jose and his large crew came out soon after I signed the contract and completed the work satisfactorily. Two other companies I called never followed through. J&R Chavez Landscaping LLC did what they said and did it right. "I called after I realized several shingles came off of the house while the wind storm was still happening hoping to get "on the list" to get repairs done. I was surprised when they came out within an hour and a half, but it was still too dangerous for them to get on the roof because of the winds. The worker said he would be back out the next day at 11. He showed up just a little after 11 which was impressive. He completed the job quickly and gave me a very detailed report on what he did and the overall condition of the roof (its going on it's 15th year). He cleaned up and left everything the way it should be. The only concern was the cost ($275) as it seemed a bit higher than what I thought it would be. HOWEVER, considering they came out the same day I called...returned the next...and made me a priority, I realize that is worth the cost. No complaints and I would defiantly use them again!"

"Today I met with Howard Glancy from JES Foundation Repair regarding the outside water seepage problem in my house. The water is coming in the bottom-level of my 3-story townhouse (end unit). My townhouse is the last unit located on the bottom of a hill. I also have standing water in my back yard every time it rains. Howard has very impressive credentials and is an expert in his field. After an inspection of the problem area, Howard gave me a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done to fix the problem. The water is coming in up from the ground underneath my house. The previous day I had a meeting with a representative from a different company who said it would be a simple fix with just a french drain on the side of my house. Howard explained why a french drain would not fix the underlying problem. I have decided to go with JES Foundation Repair and feel confident that I made the right choice."

He also wore booties to protect the floor. Best of all, he was careful about testing the lowest-cost solution before bringing in larger tools and incurring more charges. Within a half hour he'd addressed all the leaks and was on his way.
