"Mr. Chavez met me personally and walked the yard before offering a quote of $600. We negotiated and settled on $500, more than I'd anticipated spending. The land owner had had a friend do it for $200-$300 but it was probably in much better shape than what I was dealing with. We agreed on $500, no deposit, no paperwork. He arrived with his crew the next morning and were still working when our dog walker came around 12:30. Grass looked great when I got home, back gate was clean, the gypsy moths were gone but the poison oak vines remained. When I called and mentioned the vines he said his crew would come back and take care of them. Paperwork with details of the job might have helped that issue in case anything was missed as it was definitely a lot of work as the yard had gone neglected for at least several weeks by my guess. I highly recommend his services. It would have taken me at least a weekend to do what he and his crew accomplished in hours."
