"They need a good job, they did very well on my patio. I will hire them again for some more work on my house; Thank you for you professionalism and hard work"

"Reliable contractor, adequate cost, good communication."

"We were looking into redoing our old deck and got a quote which we thought was reasonable for our large deck. Then for another estimate, we called 7th State Builders. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). The owner worked with our budget and the gentlemen who laid our pavers were extremely professional and worked within our wishes. They removed the deck and finished the patio in about a week. Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend this company for a patio."

"Fernando is a hard worker, does good work, and is reasonable. He is also a nice guy who cares about doing a good job. I had a great experienceâ ¦they fixed a paver patio and built a new one for us. They did extra to make the patio and yard look nice."

"It went extremely well. We were very pleased with the design Calvin Lee presented to us and it made our kitchen a show stopper. We would also like to make note that Adam Basci, the project manager was very detailed and through in his approach to the remodeling and his crew handled the demo, cabinetry and installation in a timely and professional manner"

"Very happy with the patio. Team came a day early. Completed in one day."

"Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did.
Overall, I would give them a B-.

"FA Outdoors redid my deck last year and they were great. The sales team was wonderful and they did everything they promised. Construction was quick and easy. I love my new deck and would definitely use them again."

"Fernando evaluated a stone facade on my Colonial Beach, VA townhouse that had come loose due to poor builder construction. He matched the stone perfectly and repaired the original work to like new condition. He was responsive, timely, cost-competitive, and most importantly did grade A work. Would definitely hire for any future projects!"
