"JES Foundation Repair came out and looked at the basement, outside at the wall, and at the neighbors attaching wall and were really honest and said their services were really for much larger jobs than ours and even gave some recommendations for things we could do and pointed us to the likely source and didn't charge us anything for coming out. The job site was not particularly easy to access, but the crew handled it all with aplomb. Oscar and Douglas were readily available to answer any questions we had, and volunteered many points of information as the work was in process. The individual that performed the final re-installation of the slate tiles did so by himself, and his work in particular was impeccable. Also, his cleanup of the job site once the work was completed was exceptionally well done."
