Needed someone to replace a few tiles in 3 rooms. Not many businesses will bother with a small job. Mason called promptly, reviewed the job site quickly and performed the service all within about a week. Replacing tiles among existing tiles is tricky, but you can't tell there has been a patch. Mason was conscientious about my furnishings, polite and prompt. So impressed, he is also doing a bigger job for me. Have recommended him to several friends.

Went above and beyond for me, by walking me through the steps of how to prep the floors before the tile installation process, to how to keep the floor and grout in the best conditions and extend the life of them. He was very reliable and prompt, and kept me informed on what he was doing and how long the process could take.
